Cleansing Smoothies

 

Flu Fighter Sunshine Smoothie

- 2 medium seedless oranges, peeled

- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled

- 1 to 3 teaspoons pure Maple Syrup

- 3-5 ice cubes 

- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

In a high speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Classic Green Monster:

- 1 cup non-dairy milk

- 1 cup kale or baby spinach

- 4 dried dates

- 2 to 3 ice cubes

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds 

- 1/2 tablespoon ground flax seeds

- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 

-Dash of ground cinnamon

In a high speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
